If something on CasaWoop looks wrong or unsafe, tell us. Reporting is most effective from inside the product, where we can tie your report to the exact listing or conversation.
Reporting a listing or an agent
In the CasaWoop app you can report a listing (for a wrong price or details, an undisclosed fee, a property that is already taken, or a suspicious listing) or an agent (for abusive messages, misleading information, or spam) from the listing or chat menu. This is the fastest route and gives our team the context to act.
Can’t use the app?
A direct reporting contact for people who are not signed in is being finalised and will be published here before launch. We review reports but cannot promise an immediate outcome, and we never reveal who reported a listing or an agent.
