CasaWoop exists to close that gap: real listings, kept up to date by the agents actually managing them, and a direct line to talk to that agent before you commit to anything.

Why we started

We kept hearing the same story: someone finds a great place online, shows up, and it was rented out weeks ago — or never existed at all. That's not a listings problem, it's a trust problem. So we built CasaWoop around verification first: every agent is checked before they can post, and every listing stays tied to the person who can actually answer for it.

What we believe

Finding a home should be fast, direct, and honest. No recycled photos, no anonymous listings, no middlemen between you and the person who holds the keys — just renters and verified agents, talking to each other.
